Sale agreement for Jugosped from Belgrade signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said that on April 11 it signed an agreement selling 70% of Belgrade-based Jugosped with representatives of Swiss Home Art & Sales Services.
The new owner agreed to the selling price of €3.65 million and an investment programme worth €2.246 million. The buyer also agreed to minimum requirements of the social welfare programme.
A consortium made up of TT Cargo AD Vaduz from Lichtenstein and TTC Logistic from Belgrade also bidding for Jugosped was ranked second.
