Born on 17 April 1963. He completed military high school in Sarajevo and higher military specialist training in Pančevo. After graduating from the Novi Sad College of Business, he earned a degree in economics from the Novi Sad Faculty of Service Business.

He began his employment in the Yugoslav Army in 1982, performing duties and tasks of importance to the security of the country’s defence system. He has been awarded and decorated several times in the Yugoslav Army and the Serbian Army for special military and police duties. He completed his military career in 2005. He was awarded the status of a Category I fighter.

From 2006 to 2017, he worked in the private sector. Since 2014, he has been President of the Citizens’ Association “Matica Albanaca Srbije”.

Since October 2023, he has been employed at the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue as a special advisor to the Minister.

He is a court interpreter for the Albanian language.

Married, father of two children.
