Pertaining to item 77 of the agenda of the 64th UN General Assembly session
“Request for an advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on whether the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo is in accordance with international law.”
The General Assembly,
Guided by the principles contained in the UN Charter,

2. Invites both parties to find a mutually acceptable solution to all unresolved issues through a peaceful dialogue, in the interest of peace, security and cooperation in the region,
3. Decides to include in the temporary agenda of the 66th session an item titled: “Further activities after the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on whether the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo is in accordance with international law”.
