This means that the minimum wage, instead of the current RSD 230, will be increased to RSD 271 per hour, which is an increase of 17.8 percent.
After this record increase, the minimum wage will amount to RSD 47,154, or an average of €401 per month.
This will be significantly above the expected average inflation of 4.9 percent in 2024, which will affect the faster and more significant approach of the minimum wage to the minimum consumer basket.
The government also adopted the Regulation on capital projects, which in a unique and comprehensive way regulates the procedure for selecting and implementing a capital project, with the aim of more effective and efficient management of public funds.
