Velimir Stjepanović, Nikola Aćin, Justin Cvetkov and Andrej Barna swam for Serbia, and they reached the gold medal with a result of three minutes, 12 seconds and 90 hundredths.
Second place was won by the Polish relay team, while the bronze went to Greece.
