Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dačić talked today with Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Emanuele Giaufret about the results this ministry has achieved in the field of Chapter 24, the fight against organised crime, suppression of illegal migration, as well as the continuation of cooperation.

Dačić highlighted the committed work of members of the Ministry of the Interior on an important matter – Chapter 24, as well as the importance of the EU Delegation in that.
He expressed his gratitude to Giaufret for the good cooperation, partnership and help in the field of combating irregular migration, the fight against organised crime, as well as many projects financed by the European Union.
Ambassador Giaufret confirmed the European Union's support for Serbia's accession process and emphasised the importance of the rule of law for further progress on the European path.
