In order to protect the vital national interests of the Serbian people in the province, a special Prosecutor's Office will be established to prosecute abuses and violations of basic human rights, usurpation of property, endangering the physical integrity and dignity of citizens of the Republic of Serbia in the area of Kosovo and Metohija.
The decision adopted at the government’s session today confirms the position on the resilience of Serb institutions in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija, which will not be extinguished, as well as the decision on the illegality of all bodies and institutions established on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija after the illegal unilateral declaration of independence, and the non-existence of all of their acts that have been passed or will be passed.
