Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić stated today during a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Jan Lipavský that the two countries cherish their centuries-old friendship and cooperation, expressing his hope that Serbia can continue to count on Czech support in the process of European integration.

Đurić pointed out that economic exchange is on the rise, and expressed his belief that the investment-grade credit rating that Serbia received a few days ago will give a new impetus to economic exchange.
According to him, by 2027, Serbia will complete the entire process of internal structural reforms required for EU membership.
He said that he informed his Czech counterpart about the efforts that Serbia is investing in creating new political relations in the region that will be based on respect, cooperation and trust and friendship for the future.
The minister also informed Lipavský about the situation in Kosovo and Metohija, where Serbs are facing very serious pressures and the consequences of the Kurti regime’s unilateral and uncoordinated actions.
