Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dačić welcomed in Loznica tonight the Specialist team for rescue from debris of the Sector for Emergency Situations of the Ministry of the Interior, which was sent to Bosnia and Herzegovina to provide international humanitarian aid following catastrophic floods and landslides in this country.

Dačić recalled that President of the Republic Aleksandar Vučić offered all the possible aid by Serbia after a great disaster that hit Bosnia and Herzegovina, so after receiving an official request from that country we sent help within a few hours.
He specified that 36 members of the Sector for Emergency Situations left for Bosnia and Herzegovina with 12 vehicles and two machines, as well as two excavators of the public company Srbijavode, which is an integral part of our Emergency Situations Team, in order to be part of the international rescue team.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina are very grateful for the help provided by the Serbian rescue teams and for the solidarity they showed there.
