In this way, by investing in commercial energy projects in Serbia, it will be possible to meet the highest standards in the areas of environmental protection, achieving the goals of clean energy and energy security of our country.
The Decree on determining the spatial plan of the special purpose area of the pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant Bistrica and the hydroelectric power plant Potpeć was also adopted, which will enable their expansion and the increase of the technically available potential of these sources and production.
The government also adopted the Strategy for Occupational Health and Safety in the Republic of Serbia for the period from 2024 to 2027.
The amended Decree on the plan of the network of health institutions was adopted at the session, which provides for the establishment of the Institute for Early Development and Inclusion in order to conduct various researches through cooperation with the academic community, primarily medical faculties, the Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation, but also other higher education institutions.
Government members adopted the Proposal for a Law amending the Law ratifying the European Charter of Local Self-Government in order to enable the improvement of the system of local self-government and the acceptance of modern European models.
The Action Plan for the period from 2024 to 2025 for the implementation of the programme for the reform of the local self-government system in the Republic of Serbia for the period from 2021 to 2025 was also adopted at the session.
