The Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment stated that, as part of this year’s Public Administration Award Ceremony for the Western Balkans region, it has received a special recognition in the field of innovation and digital transformation of public services, with one of the awardees being the “I Protect You” platform.

The awards were presented as part of this year’s edition of the regional competition for the most significant innovations in public administration, organised by ReSPA and SIGMA-OECD.
The Office for IT and eGovernment received a special award for leadership in digital transformation and innovation of public services.
The awarded innovation, the “I Protect You” platform, is a national platform for the prevention of violence involving children in Serbia, which has successfully integrated seven state bodies and 2,700 institutions, while the platform is used by more than 10,800 active users.
The award ceremony was held during a ministerial session on public administration reform in Skopje, according to the statement.
