Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić assessed today that significant joint successes have been achieved by Serbia and the United States in the past few years, thanks to which the two countries’ relations have entered a new era.

Đurić received US Ambassador to Serbia Christopher Hill on a farewell visit, expressing his gratitude for his personal contribution to stronger ties between the two countries during his mandate.
He emphasised that Serbia is particularly proud of the recent launch of a strategic dialogue with the United States, which not only improves the structure of the bilateral cooperation, but also the overall image of Serbia in the international framework.
The head of Serbian diplomacy assessed that the United States is one of Serbia’s most important foreign policy partners, and that regular and constructive dialogue with the country’s officials is very important.
