Minister without portfolio in charge of reconciliation, regional cooperation and social stability
Born in 1992 in the city of Constantine, Algeria. He completed primary school in Novi Pazar, then secondary school at the Gazi Isa-bey Madrasa. He held the position of President of the Youth of the Justice and Reconciliation Party from 2012 to 2014.
He continued his education at the International University in Novi Pazar, where he graduated in law, then at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, where he graduated in pedagogy and communication. During that period, he held the position of Deputy Director of Sandžak Television.
He earned his Master’s degree in Economics from the International University in Novi Pazar.
He taught as a teacher at Madrasa Gazi Isa-bey and worked as an assistant in law at the International University in Novi Pazar.
He is the founder of the Development and Educational Society – RED, the association that founded BioSan, IT San and the famous Bosniak DNA project, of which he was the coordinator.
He held the position of Project Manager at the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Deputy President of the Republic Electoral Commission.
He has attended numerous seminars on the topics of economics, project management, combating extremism, educational skills and the media.
After the death of his father, which happened during his postgraduate studies in Istanbul, he was elected acting President of the Justice and Reconciliation Party, and six months later he was elected for a full term as party President.
The Mufti’s Legacy (Muftijin amanet) – Justice and Reconciliation Party list, which he led, won more votes in the 2022 parliamentary elections than the two competing parties combined. He was elected Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, a member of the parliamentary Committee for Foreign Affairs, Stabilisation and Association and held the position of President of the friendship group with Saudi Arabia.
In a period of two years, the Justice and Reconciliation Party achieved success from the position of the Bosniak National Council, as well as in numerous realised projects in Sjenica.
He served as Minister without portfolio in charge of reconciliation, regional cooperation and social stability from May 2024 to April 2025.
He speaks Bosnian, English and Arabic.
Married, father of four children.
