After touring the facility, Vučević emphasised that Serbia is becoming a key point on the map of high technologies, connecting Europe, Asia and America and serving as a hub for employment and talent development in the field of nanotechnology.
This is a significant opportunity for Serbia’s young talents and scientists, as it opens the door for them to work on the latest technological advancements, the Prime Minister said, noting that Serbia has once again demonstrated it is the best destination for investing in future technologies.
The Prime Minister also said that products from this factory will be exported to over 50 countries and be connected to almost all manufacturing processes and economies worldwide.
Konstantin Notman, Chief Executive Officer of OCSiAI Group, said that the company is launching a state-of-the art facility and a new hub that will serve as a growing centre for the economy of Serbia and Stara Pazova.
Notman expressed gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Municipality of Stara Pazova, stating that the government has succeeded in making the Serbian economy attractive to foreign investors.
The facility for the production of graphene nanotubes covers an area of 10,000 square metres and will employ 200 people, with the total investment value of €40 million.
