Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Jelena Žarić Kovačević talked today with Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Belgrade Jaewoong Lee about the establishment of a centre for cooperation between the two countries in the field of electronic administration, i.e. an e-administration centre at this ministry, which will contribute to further development of electronic administration.

Žarić Kovačević pointed out that the centre for e-government is a new form of joint efforts to modernise public administration, and explained that the goal of this centre, with the support of prominent Korean experts, is to analyse the state of affairs in the field of electronic administration and prepare concrete recommendations for additional improvement in this area.
The interlocutors also agreed to sign a new memorandum that will define the areas of cooperation for the period from 2024 to 2026.
