Prime Minister Professor Đuro Macut, MD, DSc today discussed with Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Serbia Li Ming the overall cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance it.
Macut noted that cooperation between Serbia and China is based on a shared future and strategic partnership and long-standing iron-clad friendship.
He emphasised that such friendship between Serbia and China is further reinforced through political and cultural cooperation, which provides a strong foundation for future growth and stability across the Western Balkans.
The Prime Minister stated that economic cooperation is a key aspect of this partnership, with China being one of Serbia’s most important trade partners.
Ambassador Li Ming stated that economic cooperation between the two countries has the potential to be even more intense, which is in the mutual interest of both China and Serbia.
