Prime Minister Ana Brnabic attended a ceremony in Vrnjacka Banja today on the occasion of the launch of a central e-system in the field of hospitality and tourism “e-Tourist” and the presentation of the project.
At a ceremony held in the Vrnjacka Banja municipality building, Brnabic explained that the new system will simplify the work of all those working in tourism and hospitality sectors.
For example, now when you register a guest, you will not have to go from the Agency for Business Registers to the police because that will be done entirely automatically, from office or from home, the Prime Minister explained.
The launch of the new system was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic, Director of the Office for Information Technology and Electronic Governance Mihailo Jovanovic and Mayor of Vrnjacka Banja Boban Djurovic.
The Prime Minister previously met with the leadership of this municipality, after which she visited the Vrnjacka Banja Central Park and the new classrooms and digital classrooms of the Bane Milenkovic elementary school in Novo Selo, where she attended the opening of a sports hall.
She said that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) did not request from the Serbian government to increase the price of electricity by the middle of next year, noting that the electricity price in Serbia is the cheapest in Europe.
According to Brnabic, EPS does not have enough revenue because the price of electricity is not at a realistic level, but it will remain so until wages are raised even more significantly.
The Prime Minister underlined that new expenditures cannot be imposed on Serbian citizens, adding that this is a topic which the Serbian government regularly discusses with the IMF.
