Prime Minister Miloš Vučević met today with Plinio Nastari, President and CEO of Brazil-based DATAGRO Consultoria, one of the world’s leading consultancies specialised in agricultural markets.
During the meeting, Vučević underlined that Serbia is committed to developing bilateral relations with Brazil and cooperation at all levels, primarily in the fields of agriculture and the economy.
Bearing in mind that Brazil is one of the leaders in biofuel production, the Prime Minister assessed that transfer of experiences and cooperation with experts from this country can help Serbia to improve its energy security and energy sector.
Nastari said that Serbia has massive potential for encouraging production of biofuel from vegetable oils and animal fat given its significant agricultural resources.
The meeting was also attended by Minister of Mining and Energy Dubravka Đedović Handanović and Ambassador of Brazil to Serbia José Mauro da Fonseca Costa Couto.
