Prime Minister Miloš Vučević visited today the Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity in Mostar, where he was welcomed by Bishop of Zahumlje, Herzegovina and the Littoral Dimitrije and Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Radovan Višković.

Prime Minister Miloš Vučević visited today the Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity in Mostar, where he was welcomed by Bishop of Zahumlje, Herzegovina and the Littoral Dimitrije and Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Radovan Višković.
Vučević visited the interior of the church, which is under reconstruction.
The Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity in Mostar is the central church of the Eparchy of Zahumlje, Herzegovina and the Littoral of the Serbian Orthodox Church. It was built in 1873 and totally destroyed during the war in 1992. The reconstruction of the church began in 2010.
The Prime Minister also visited the Bishop’s Palace and the Consulate, where he was welcomed by Consul-General of Serbia to Mostar Vaso Gujić.
After that, Vučević visited the village of Prebilovci in Herzegovina, the village which is well known for the suffering of Serbs during the Second World War, as well as the Church of the Resurrection of Christ in this village.
The Prime Minister of Serbia also visited the spiritual and cultural centre "Holy King Milutin", built at the place where the massacre of Serbs took place, and toured the exhibition dedicated to the suffering of Serbs.
Vučević is on a two-day visit to Republika Srpska, during which he will meet with top officials of Republika Srpska.
In Trebinje, the Serbian Prime Minister is scheduled to visit the projects jointly implemented and financed by the Republic of Serbia and Republika Srpska, whereas in Nevesinje he will meet with the municipality’s representatives.
