Prime Minister Miloš Vučević visited the members of the Fourth Brigade of the Serbian Armed Forces at the Kadrova Čuka base in the Ground Security Zone today, emphasising that continued state investment will enhance conditions for the military.
Wishing the brigade members a happy and peaceful 2025, Vučević pointed out that there are no holidays for soldiers, who must continuously undertake the most complex, difficult and dangerous tasks at all times.
The Prime Minister expressed his belief that continued state investment would improve conditions for army personnel, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively perform their duties.
We will continue to strengthen our army with the best equipment, weapons and uniforms, Vučević stated, noting that we are eagerly awaiting the first class of recruits in the fall. These young men will serve for a slightly shorter duration than before, but the army will remain, as always, a people’s army and an inalienable part of the homeland and citizens, he said.
The Prime Minister visited members of the Serbian Armed Forces together with Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić and Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces Tiosav Janković.
