Sale contract on Ljubisa Miodragovic from Prijepolje signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that on December 15 it signed an agreement selling 100% of capital in company Ljubisa Miodragovic from Prijepolje to first-ranked bidder consortium comprising Beocotton from Belgrade and Raska Promet from Lazarevac.
The buyer agreed to pay the sale price of €120,000, to invest €300,000 and minimum obligations from the social programme.
Apart from the winning consortium, bidding in the sale tender on March 31, 2006 was also a consortium consisting of Plodoprom from Belgrade and five physical entities - Savo Pusica, Svetlana Buksic, Vesna Zindovic, Mladen Nestorovic and Milutin Scepanovic.
The tender commission opened bids in its first session on October 6 and concluded that both bidders fulfill terms for bidding.
In the second session of the tender communion, held on November 10, the commission ranked the bidders.
