The hydrogen strategy will be an integral part of a new energy development strategy whose preparation is underway, Mihajlovic said. She added that Hungary has already adopted this document and that exchange of experience and work on a joint approach to green hydrogen would be of great importance for Serbia.
The Deputy Prime Minister underlined that along the existing Balkan Stream gas pipeline, the project of construction of Serbia-Bulgaria gas interconnection is also important for energy security of the region as it will enable diversification of natural gas routes and suppliers.
