President of the Republic of India Droupadi Murmu, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Milos Vucevic and Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Army General Milan Mojsilovic today laid a wreath at the Monument to the Unknown Hero at Avala as part of her official visit to the Republic Serbia.

After laying the wreath, the President of the Republic of India signed the memorial book:
"I join the people of Serbia in paying tribute to the unknown and unsung heroes who sacrificed their lives to defend the homeland and establish peace. They will be remembered forever."
Today, President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic hosted President of the Republic of India Droupadi Murmu, who is on an official visit to Serbia.
