Representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the Ministry of European Integration and GIZ, on behalf of the German-Serbian development cooperation, signed today the Agreement on the implementation of the project "Support for Public Administration Reforms in the EU Accession Process".

The project is worth €3 million and will be implemented in the following period until 2026.
Minister of European Integration Tanja Miscevic pointed out that this cooperation helped to improve the coordination of accession negotiations.
State Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Maja Macuzic Puzic expressed her gratitude for the continuous support that GIZ provides to public administration reform.
Macuzic Puzic pointed out that the desire is to establish a functional public administration system that provides quality services to citizens and ensures optimal conditions for economic growth and social development.
GIZ Country Director for Serbia Daniela Funke expressed her great satisfaction with the fact that Germany has been supporting the public administration reform process in Serbia since 2016 and that many significant results have been achieved to date.
