152 out of a total of 213 MPs present voted for the election of the new government by public vote, 61 MPs voted against the proposal, there were no abstentions, and 37 MPs were absent.
The Prime Minister and the members of the new government took the oath of office in the presence of the Speaker of the Serbian parliament, MPs and President of the Republic Aleksandar Vučić.
The new government of Serbia has 31 members, five of whom are ministers without portfolio.
The debate on the proposal for the composition of the new government of Prime Minister candidate Miloš Vučević, who yesterday gave a keynote address and presented the future members of the new government, lasted two days.
