Dačić, assessing the visit as very successful in terms of further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, emphasised that a series of activities in the field of the interior had been agreed upon, and announced the upcoming visit of Minister of Public Security of China Wang Xiaohong to Serbia.
He said that the Chinese partners are very satisfied with the visit of the Serbian delegation and its participation in the international security conference in Lianyungang.
Also, as he added, the delegation engaged in a number of practical activities, such as the exercise of the special police units of Serbia and China in Guangzhou, as well as the very successful mutual patrol actions of the Chinese and Serbian police.
According to him, the result of this visit, as well as the meeting with Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region John Lee Ka-chiu, opens a new space for cooperation with one of the world's largest financial and trade centres.
The Deputy Prime Minister, on behalf of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, invited Chief Executive Lee to visit Serbia, which he noted would open a new chapter in cooperation, given that Serbia aims for rapid economic development such as that achieved by Hong Kong.
Dačić also announced that direct flights between Belgrade and Guangzhou will commence on 1 October, and between Belgrade and Shanghai in November.
