At the meeting, which also looked at the Green Agenda as one of the main pillars of Serbia’s future economic growth, Mali underlined that Serbia’s macroeconomic backdrop is stable and continues to show positive trends.
The implementation of the Green Agenda is proceeding according to plan, he emphasised, adding that the state’s focus is on reducing harmful gas emissions, promoting renewable energy sources and modernising infrastructure.
Fernandez praised Serbia for its economic policy and progress achieved in the field of energy transition.
Both sides expressed confidence that Serbia and the United States will continue to strengthen their relations, particularly in the areas of sustainable development and energy.
