Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dačić discussed in Budapest today the importance of continuous and effective cooperation, both at the strategic and operational level, with Hungarian Minister of the Interior Sándor Pintér.
Dačić is participating in the second session of the Serbia-Hungary Strategic Cooperation Council.
He pointed out that cooperation between the two countries in this area is delivering concrete results and serves as a good example of effective partnership at the borders of the European Union.
Dačić and Pintér pointed out that the two countries’ police cooperation is very intensive in the fight against organised crime, as well as the fight against migrant smuggling, human trafficking, drug smuggling and white-collar crime.
