The Serbian government today adopted Bills amending two Laws in the field of air, rail and water transport to fully harmonise Serbian legislation in the area with the EU acquis.
The Bill amending the Air Traffic Law, among other matters, further specifies the conditions under which it is possible to deviate from the general prohibition of flying an aircraft below the minimum altitude over densely populated areas, industrial facilities or over gatherings of people outdoors.
The Strategy for resolving the issues of refugees and internally displaced persons for the period from 2024 to 2030 was adopted at the session.
Also, the Regulation on the market premium and the feed-in tariff was adopted, the main goal of which is to improve the business environment for business entities that operate within the framework of the Green Agenda, through the optimisation and digitisation of administrative procedures in the field of renewable energy sources.
The Serbian government passed the Decision on the establishment of the Book Council, with the task of monitoring and analysing the situation and providing recommendations, proposals and expert opinions in order to improve the situation in the field of literature, creativity, translation and publishing.
The Council, which is formed for a period of five years, will monitor and analyse public policies that relate to and affect the situation in the field of literature, take positions and make proposals on draft laws, public policy documents and other legal acts.
The government also passed the Decision on the designation of Duboka dolina in Surdulica as a renowned place.
