At the session, a Conclusion was passed on the Adoption of an Annex to the Special Collective Bargaining Agreement for Higher Education, which, alongside said decree, was agreed at meetings with representative unions.
Furthermore, the government adopted a Bill on Establishing a Guarantee Scheme and Subsidising Part of the Interest as a Support Measure for Young First-Time Home Buyers.
The bill applies to the citizens of Serbia aged 20 to 35 at the time submitting a loan application, with the state enabling them to purchase their first property with only a 1% down payment.
The maximum loan amount is set at €100,000, with no limitations regarding the property price or the price per square metre in a specific city.
The repayment schedule can span up to 40 years, and up to age 70, with the state providing a 40% guarantee until the 10th year of loan repayment.
The government also adopted a Bill on the Central Records of Beneficial Owners, which regulates the establishment, contents, bases of registration and the manner of maintaining the Central Records of Beneficial Owners of legal entities and other entities registered in the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the law, as well as other matters of importance for registering beneficial owners.
At the session, the government members adopted the Strategy for Improving the Position of Persons with Disabilities in the Republic of Serbia for the period from 2025 to 2030 and the first three-year Action Plan for its implementation in the period from 2025 to 2027.
