The Serbian government adopted today the Decree on Incentives for Investors to Produce Audiovisual Work in the Republic of Serbia with the aim of encouraging creative work, cultural activities, more efficient engagement of resources in culture, as well as promoting the potential of the Republic of Serbia.

Under the Decree, the incentives are, as before, non-repayable and are allocated through the reimbursement of a part of the qualified costs incurred in Serbia.
Based on a permanently open public call of the Ministry of Culture, the request for the allocation of incentives in the project development phase is submitted to the Commission for the Allocation of Incentives through the Film Centre of Serbia.
Government members adopted the Decree on the Establishment of the Grant Programme for the Organisation of "Miholjski susreti sela" (Autumn Village Encounters) event for 2025, the aim of which is to improve the social and sports life of residents in villages, to foster the traditional way of life and cultural and historical heritage.
The government adopted and amended the Decree on the Determination of Criteria for the Grant of Incentives for Attracting Direct Investments in the Hotel Accommodation Services Sector.
These amendments add the climatic resorts of Vršac Lake and Vršac Hill to the list of spa and climatic resorts, in order to create the necessary conditions for attracting and implementing investment projects related to direct investments in the territory of the City of Vršac.
