The Government of the Republic of Serbia announced today that the 3rd international wine, food, spirits and tourism fair “Wine Vision by Open Balkan” will be held from 22 to 24 November at the Belgrade Fair.
During the three-day Wine Vision, Belgrade will gather more than 650 exhibitors from numerous wineries, distilleries and gastronomic companies from 38 countries, including the United States, France, Australia, the Netherlands, South Africa, Lebanon, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland, Tunisia, Uganda and the United Kingdom.
This will position Belgrade at the centre of European and global attention as the capital of wine and gastronomy.
This year’s edition of the “Wine Vision by Open Balkan” brings to Belgrade numerous big names from the world of wine, including a notable seven holders of the Master of Wine (MW) title, the most prestigious qualification in the wine world. They will participate in the work of the international jury that will evaluate Balkan wines at the “Open Balkan Wine Trophy” competition.
Wine experts will also hold a series of professional lectures, workshops and guided tastings, with the complete programme of lectures and workshops, as well as the registration link for interested visitors, available at the event’s official website.
At the same time, leaders of the food industry and culinary arts at the accompanying event “Food Vision by Open Balkan” will gather from 22 to 24 November.
Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the Gastro Theatre – a presentation of the best restaurants and hotels from Serbia, North Macedonia and Albania, with a special digital platform created for scheduling business-to-business (B2B) meetings.
The fair will open its gates for “Food Vision” visitors on 22 November at 10:00, while the first day of the “Wine Vision by Open Balkan”, 22 November, will be open only to media representatives and professional visitors with invitations.
On 23-24 November, the “Wine Vision by Open Balkan" will be available to everyone and open to the public with tickets.
