Six members of the Criminal Police Directorate, the Serbian Ministry of the Interior’s liaison officer in Madrid, and two prosecutors were decorated.
The decorations were presented by Spanish Ambassador to Serbia Juan José Sanz Aparicio.
Dačić recalled that the operation resulted in the arrest of 43 members of an organised criminal group and the seizure of 1.5 tonnes of marijuana and other drugs and a large amount of money.
Serbian Ambassador to Spain Irena Šarac will present Serbia’s orders and medals to Spanish police officers.
