Minister for Family Care and Demography Milica Đurđević Stamenkovski stated today in Abu Dhabi that Serbia considers the protection of children’s safety in the digital space a strategic priority.
At the ministerial panel of WeProtect Global Alliance’s WeProtect Global Summit, focusing on child sexual exploitation online, Đurđević Stamenkovski presented the measures that Serbia is implementing in the field of preventing sexual abuse of children online.
Stressing that Serbia is implementing systemic solutions to combat violence against children, she emphasised that the family is the most important shield in preserving the interests and safety of every child.

In her speech, Đurđević Stamenkovski also noted that Serbia recognises a reliable strategic partner in the United Arab Emirates and will therefore continue to develop cooperation with this country, based on sincere friendship and mutual respect between the two countries’ presidents.
