Minister of Tourism and Youth Husein Memić stated today that Serbia recorded more than €2.3 billion in foreign exchange inflow from tourism in the first 10 months of 2024, an 11% increase year-on-year.
In a statement to the Tanjug agency, Memić said that the results in the field of tourism for this year are extremely encouraging and confirm that efforts in promoting and improving Serbia’s tourism offer are yielding results.
He pointed to data for October 2024, when foreign exchange inflow from tourism amounted to €233 million, 12% more than the same month last year.
