President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić visited the Tiršova 2 Children’s Hospital today, together with Minister of Health Zlatibor Lončar and Minister for Public Investment Darko Glišić, and announced that this institution will receive its first patients by May or June 2027.

Works on Tiršova 2 Children’s Hospital to be completed by mid-2027

Vučić explained that five floors will be underground and six floors above ground, for a total of 11, with a total hospital area of 62,000 square metres.
Due to the great importance of the Tiršova 2 Children’s Hospital, the works are organised in three shifts.
An agreement between Serbia and the EU on the allocation of grant funds was signed in March last year, with €35 million allocated for the construction of the Tiršova 2 Children’s Hospital.
