At a joint news conference with Lammy, Vučić expressed his belief that there is still much that we can do together to encourage the development of our mutual trade and exchange of services.
He expressed his gratitude to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for its support for our key development infrastructure projects.
The President added that the Serbian Ministry of Finance is extremely satisfied with the efficiency, speed and manner of operation of the UK Export Finance agency, stating that the memorandum signed today is therefore very important.
Lammy said that a stable and secure Western Balkans is important to official London, and that Serbia has a key role in ensuring that stability.
He emphasised that the signed memorandums of understanding show ambitions to do more together, including in the fight against organised crime, as well as to strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
According to him, bilateral trade has reached more than £1 billion, which is five times more than in 2010.
The head of British diplomacy noted that Great Britain is hosting the next Berlin Process summit and that he wants to use this mechanism to deepen ties in the Balkans, but also between the region and the European family.
