In a statement to journalists after touring the technical-tactical assembly of the Serbian Army, Vučević explained that the ministers in these departments provided brief reports, and there was also discussion about what the Ministry of Culture is doing to preserve all national and identity-related matters that define our people.
Of course, the economy, which is the engine of the state's development, was also discussed. The Prime Minister emphasised that without a strong economy, regulated finances, and a stable monetary policy, neither the Serbian Army nor the Ministry of Defence would have what was showcased today at the technical-tactical assembly.
Since there is no respect for international public law, we gathered today in the imperial city of Kruševac instead of Gračanica and Gazimestan, Vučević stressed.
Speaking about Serbs in the region, the Prime Minister stated that the state of Serbia stands by its people and respects all countries, even though some of them, unfortunately, do not respect our country.
Today, the people of Kruševac had the opportunity to enjoy the display of weapons and military equipment available to the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Army.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister pointed out that the new short-range air defence system, HQ-17, which came from China, was showcased for the first time at this assembly.
According to him, most of the products displayed today are domestically produced, and we are not dependent on anyone.
Vučević emphasised that the government of Serbia continues to strengthen the state's economy, preserve peace and stability, as this is our national and state interest.
Kosovo and Metohija is our greatest challenge, as daily terror against Serbs is literally being carried out by Kurti's regime, without concrete sanctions or warnings from the international community, the Prime Minister pointed out.
