Prime Minister Miloš Vučević met today with Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Serbia Hami Aksoy to discuss the possibilities of enhancing bilateral cooperation.
Vučević pointed out that friendly relations and economic cooperation between Türkiye and Serbia, have reached the highest level in their history as a result of mutual ties at all levels.
He emphasised that good Serbian-Turkish relations are based on mutual understanding and trust and are important for peace and stability in the entire region.
The Prime Minister noted that the high level of political relations between the two countries has been charted through intensive dialogue at the highest level and added that there is potential for bolstering cooperation in the areas of infrastructure, construction, technology, energy, tourism, health care and other areas of mutual interest.
Aksoy agreed that Serbian-Turkish relations are at the highest level in history, thanks to the two countries’ presidents and their shared determination to intensify mutual relations.
