Further strengthening of political, economic relations between Serbia, China

Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic said today in a meeting with Chairman of the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Wan Jifei that apart from further strengthening of good political relations, the improvement of economic cooperation is one of priorities in relations between the two countries.
Today's visit of a large number of businessmen from China will improve that cooperation, the two officials agreed adding that the Serbian government fully supports the implementation of major projects between businesspeople of the two countries.
Cooperation in the field of infrastructure, particularly railways and energy sectors, will be improved particularly, they concluded.
