Prime Minister Ana Brnabic presided today over a session of the Council for the Coordination of Activities and Measures for the Growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), where it was pointed out that the projected GDP growth for 2024 is 3.5 percent.

Brnabic stated that construction, road infrastructure, tourism, services and new markets are key areas for achieving the planned economic growth, which was demonstrated last year too.
The Prime Minister assessed that a detailed summary of the results from last year is important in order to continue the economic growth planned for 2024, and praised the achieved growth of 2.5 percent in 2023.
According to her, the “Serbia 2027“ plan for the period from 2024 to 2027 envisages the all-encompassing development of Serbia, including programmes to raise the standard of living of citizens, projects in the fields of science and technology, education, infrastructure development, industrialisation, energy, ecology, agriculture, health, tourism, as well as in other areas of national importance.
