This investment project includes the establishment of new plants for various purposes: for the automotive and automotive-related industries, for the production of electric vehicles and bicycles, for the production of photovoltaic parts and construction materials, as well as with the aim of forming a chain of suppliers in certain activities, at the location in Inđija.
During the ten-year investment period, an investment level of €870 million, employment of 2,220 workers is planned.
At the session, the Decision on the allocation of funds collected based on the postponement of criminal prosecution – opportunity, in the total amount of RSD 500 million, was adopted.
Members of the Government also adopted six decrees in the field of economy, which establish the SME Support Programme.
For the implementation of incentive measures in the field of economy in 2024, ten support programmes are foreseen, through which the Ministry of Economy will place an amount of RSD 2 billion in grants, and together with credit funds, the total incentives will amount to RSD 4 billion.
The following decrees were adopted at the meeting: Development opportunity programme – line for the processing industry in 2024, which is intended for the processing industry and is implemented in cooperation with the Development Agency of Serbia (RAS) and banks. The amount of grants is RSD 600 million.
The programme for stimulating the development of processing capacities in the field of hunting, fishing, production of wine, beer and strong alcoholic beverages in 2024 will be carried out in cooperation with the Development Fund. This program did not exist in previous years, and the amount of grants is RSD 160 million.
RSD 10 million in grants will be allocated for the Programme to support the development of old and artistic crafts and domestic crafts, while RSD 100 million in grants will be allocated for the Programme to encourage the development of entrepreneurship of women and women of single parents in 2024.
The same amount has been set aside for the Programme for encouraging the development of entrepreneurship through financial support for start-up businesses in 2024.
Also, for the first time this year, RSD 50 million in grants will be awarded to employers involved in dual education, as foreseen by the Support Programme for Strengthening the Capacity of Employers involved in dual education in 2024.
The amount of grants for the Support Program for the Development of Rural Women's Entrepreneurship in 2024 is RSD 30 million.
