Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić rejected the accusations of Minister of the Interior in the interim Priština administration Xhelal Sveçla, regarding the alleged training of terrorists at the training grounds of the Serbian Army, and assessed the association of President Aleksandar Vučić with it as ordinary slander.

Gašić pointed out that in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, in contrast to the area under the control of Priština, no terrorists were nor are being trained.
He pointed out that the training grounds of the Serbian Army serve exclusively its own needs and that all other information and alleged evidence mentioned by Sveçla are simple lies and forgeries.
According to him, the primary job of Priština's quasi-state leadership, for many years, has been the arming and training of paramilitary formations, contrary to the provisions of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244.
The task of those illegally armed groups, as he emphasized, is to terrorise the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija and carry out the final ethnic cleansing of that area from the non-Albanian population.
