Prime Minister Miloš Vučević spoke today with the Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Robert de Groot about the continuation of the cooperation of the Republic of Serbia with this financial institution.
Vučević pointed out that he looks forward to further cooperation and implementation of numerous projects that are being implemented with the support of the European Investment Bank, and which contribute to even stronger economic progress and development of Serbia.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of financial support to the Republic of Serbia in the area of improvement of road and railway infrastructure, energy, health and other areas.
Robert de Groot congratulated Vucevic on Serbia's economic results, stating that they are impressive.
He pointed out that our country is an extremely important partner for the European Investment Bank and added that all projects that are jointly implemented are important for Serbia's further European path.
Groot stated that the agenda of the European Investment Bank includes projects in the field of transport, energy, energy infrastructure, green transition, digitalisation and other areas.
