Minister of Information and Telecommunications Dejan Ristić spoke in Israel with Israeli Minister of Telecommunications Shlomo Karhi and representatives of other Israeli institutions about improving cooperation between the two countries in the field of information and communication technologies.

Ristić also spoke with the chairman of the Parliamentary Friendship Group of Israel and Serbia and the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Artificial Intelligence Boaz Toporovsky, a group of deputies, as well as with the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Israel to Serbia Avivit Bar-Ilan.
The delegation of the Ministry also visited several leading Israeli companies and research centers in the field of information technology and information security, the Hebrew University, as well as the representative office of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce in Jerusalem.
Members of the delegation also met with Minister of Culture and Sports Miki Zohar, former Prime Minister of Israel Yair Lapid and numerous Israeli businessmen in the field of information and communication technologies.
