Prime Minister Miloš Vučević today visited the reconstructed primary school "Desanka Maksimović" in Novi Pazar, within which a sports hall was also built.
On that occasion, Vučević said that the government of Serbia will continue with investments in that region and specified that investments in this school amount to more than RSD 650 million from the budget of the Republic of Serbia, so that the "Desanka Maksimović" school would look the way every school in our country should look.
The Prime Minister stated that he is proud of what the government of Serbia is doing in Novi Pazar, which shows that every part of our country is important.
It is especially important that we work together, live together, understand each other and not allow anyone to divide us. That was the most important message I had to share with the people of Novi Pazar, said the Prime Minister of Serbia.
He pointed out that now the most important thing is to complete the clinical-hospital centre, with the assessment that Novi Pazar will then be a city at full capacity.
Vučević announced the imminent opening of the Innovation-Science-Technology Centre, which will be the first time that Novi Pazar and this region will receive such a centre.
This means that young people from Novi Pazar, as well as people from this region, will not have to go to Kragujevac, Belgrade or Novi Sad, but will have the opportunity to open their own companies, start-up companies, to deal with modern technologies - information and telecommunications, to show their creativity and to remain living and working in Novi Pazar, the Prime Minister stressed.
Vučević reiterated the importance of that area for the country, which is confirmed by investments in numerous projects.
Together with Prime Minister Vučević, Minister for Public Investment Darko Glišić and Minister of Tourism and Youth Husein Memic visited the reconstructed school.
