Prime Minister Miloš Vučević spoke today with a delegation of the German company MTU, a leading manufacturer of aircraft engines and one of the world’s largest providers of maintenance services.
Vučević pointed out that the investment climate in Serbia has improved in recent years and that our country is now one of the favourite destinations in this part of Europe for investors.
The Prime Minister said that MTU recognised the potential of Serbia and opened a factory in Stara Pazova in 2019, which is operating successfully.
He pointed out that there is room for strengthening cooperation with the German company in the field of dual education, which will provide young people with the best training, as well as easier employment.
Member of the Executive Board and Chief Programme Officer of MTU Michael Schreyögg stated that the company is satisfied with the cooperation with the Government of Serbia and is interested in its improvement.
