Minister of Domestic and External Trade Tomislav Momirović said today in Niš, after the first session of the Joint Commission for Trade Cooperation between Serbia and Uganda, that we must transfer good political relations with that country and to the economy sector and significantly expand trade cooperation.

According to him, Uganda is seeking the most comprehensive development of economic and trade ties with Serbia, especially when it comes to the import of agricultural products.
Momirović emphasised that agriculture is the most important sector in the Ugandan economy, and bearing in mind our potential in agriculture and the needs of the Ugandan market, we will place special emphasis on the export of agricultural products, but also support for the modernisation of this sector through various projects and expertise.
