Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić stated today, during talks with the newly appointed European Union Special Representative for the Belgrade-Priština Dialogue Peter Sørensen that Belgrade will continue to be a constructive partner in the dialogue.

At a meeting held on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Đurić highlighted the extremely difficult position of the Serb people in Kosovo and Metohija, stating that Priština persistently refuses to fulfil the obligations assumed under the Brussels Agreement.
He emphasised that the Albin Kurti regime has openly sent messages that it does not want to enable the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities – a key element of the First Brussels Agreement.
He underlined that Belgrade expects that the work of the EU Special Representative will be directed towards creating conditions for the implementation of the agreement and a productive dialogue in the process of normalising relations.
