Lončar expressed his readiness to raise cooperation between the ministries of health of Serbia and Malta to a much higher level in the coming period through joint activities in the field of exchange of experiences and assistance in the training of doctors in the two countries.
Abela, who is on a one-day visit to Serbia, stressed that Malta is exceptionally interested in direct cooperation with the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia (ALIMS), and expressed his satisfaction with the fact that he would visit the institution later in the day.
During the meeting, an agreement was reached to prepare a memorandum of cooperation between the two ministries, which should be signed in the next few months.
